What is the period to make a return?
The period to initiate a return is counted from the date the order is marked as delivered on the tracking page.
How do I make a return?
If you are dissatisfied with your order and wish to return any item, please contact our Customer Care Team through the contact form on our website to begin the process, stating:
- The order number.
- The name of the item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
Our Customer Care Team will review your case and send you all the necessary instructions. The procedure is very straightforward.
For returns by standard shipping, please note that due to customs restrictions, it is essential that you provide us with the tracking number of your return to guarantee it is processed correctly and to avoid any potential customs delays.
Once the item(s) arrive at our facilities, they will be processed for a refund within a reasonable timeframe.
Important note: We process returns and do not offer direct exchanges.
- Returnable Items
- Products that are unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging, including protective cellophane or labels (if any).
- Faulty items or items damaged during transportation.
- Non-returnable Items
- Products purchased under a promotion for a nearing expiry date.
- Open or used products.
- Any issues with products reported after the designated return period has passed.
Return Shipping Fees
- Return shipping costs are at the customer’s own expense, excluding situations involving wrong, damaged, or faulty items.
a) Return by Standard Mail: We advise you to use the cheapest registered (with tracking) airmail method available. You will need to provide us with the return tracking number.
b) Return by Courier: Please contact us for instructions on how to arrange the return with a courier service. - If a return shipment is subject to customs charges, we will not be able to clear it, and the package will be returned to the sender. Our Customer Care Team will explain the procedure to help you avoid such charges.
