Formulated with salicylic acid and prebiotics, this toner helps to regulate oil production and to balance the skin. In view of the characteristics of oily skins, a toner that is intended to balance this skin type needs to both control excess oil and to guarantee that the hydration levels are on point. To this end, this formula combines both soothing and hydrating active ingredients with sebum-control ones, to guarantee that the skin is hydrated and free from excess oil.
