Formulated with Neostrata® BioCalm Complex, a proprietary blend of ingredients, this product contains PHAs as well as a blend of antioxidant extracts. The resulting formula soothes sensitive skin, improves its resilience, and visibly improves the appearance of uneven, blotchy skin.

How to use
Apply Neostrata Redness Neutralizing Serum to clean and dry skin twice a day. In case the skin needs extra hydration, this product may be layered under a moisturizer.
